Default Workout Pat-na
My workout groupie bailed on me after months of good exercise. I usually do P90X from home, and if anyone is interested in joining by all means let me know. I usually do it 4 days a week around 7-8pm. Exercises go from 45 minutes - 2hours depending on the workout.

I dont really NEED someone else exercising, but it makes me obligated to push myself when others are working out with me. Ya know what i'm sayyyyinnnnnn?¿

im down. My workout is usually just walking 4 and jogging 2 miles though, but im down
