SWITCH ASSY., THERMO p/n - 37760-MT2-003 ~$30-50

Doubtful if anyone has a used one laying around, but maybe. Any MC shop can order you one. That's the OEM Honda number (if it's for the '03 f4i)

A TEMPORARY fix would be to get a toggle rated for 30A and wire it around the stock thermo switch. You will have to turn the switch on when the temp gets to ~200° and leave it on until the temp drops to ~190°. If you forget, you could overheat

i did a quick search.. someone said there is a alternative switch you could use.. its from a nissan pulsar..

Murray 36503 - Engine Mounted Cooling Fan Temperature Switch | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Everco/Cooling Fan Switch - Radiator (36504) | 1989 Nissan/Datsun Pulsar 4 Cylinders 1.8L FI | AutoZone.com

"It's a 2 terminal switch where you apparently just ground out one side
to the frame for it to work, metric 16 X 1.5 thread"

take thhe ground wire that is bolted to the radiator and run it to one of the terminals on the switch and then obviously the other terminal would goto the fan.
