Default Once again excellent service

If you don't already service your bike with Tergins, I recommend you do. Every time I need something done George and his staff is there to help, and they always go out of there way to meet and exceed all of my needs.

I just recently called Tergins to get a new front tire put on, and George was able to get me in the following day. However to my surprise not only did they put on my tire, but they also bent my shift lever back out, which was bent from me low sliding, and gave me a price on several other items that I might be interested in fixing... I personally don't know any other shop that would go out of their way to fix anything they haven't been paid to fix, nor take the extra time to price the other parts needing fixed.

Once again thanks for a great customer experience.

I just got my 999 back from George, also. It had some kind of electrical issue, was blowing fuses, and left me stranded.

George is quite the perfectionist. He spent hours going over the Duc. He says he didn't find or fix the problem, but everything works fine, now. Face it, George, you just have the miracle touch. I also had him order and install clip-ons and a battery tender. Paul also did an amazing job fabricating a new exhaust hanger since mine had cracked.

The pride these guys take in their work is definitely a step above the rest.

I have actually been thinking about starting a "kudos" thread here to offer thanks for a job well done. Stoked, you beat me to it!

The first thing I ever heard about George and the folks at Tergin Motorsports was that they will bend over backwards to make your service right.

And its true, I even once saw George literally bend over backwards and touch the back of his head to the back of his knee.

I swear it!

Seriously though, they will make sure you are taken care of.

Yeah, those guys pretty much kick ass. Any time I've ever needed anything done they had me in the same day or the next. Nothing but great customer service and spot on advice since day one. They'll be seeing my bike a lot over the years.
