Default WTF?! DIY Repairs

You would be amazed at some of the crazy and stupid things we see in our shop on a daily basis. We get to laugh at it and send it home, but we thought it would be more fun to share the stupidity with you! Just a warning, if you bring your bike to Tergin's and have done some half ass repairs you may see it posted here for everyone's enjoyment.
We will share pics with you as we see them, maybe daily, maybe weekly. Here are 2 good ones from today to get it started.
Pic #1: Cam chain tensioner worn out? Add a socket!
Pic #2: Engine mount spacers broken? Zip ties fix anything!

Love the silicone - just what I want near my engine.

I've always said, If you can't fix it with duct tape and bailing wire, It can't be fixed.

Like the old saying goes: The only two repair items you need in your home are duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use the tape. If it's not moving and it should, WD40.

Though I think in this case duct tape is right up there with zip ties.

Does anyone remember that old Pimp My Ride episode where the car they got in had been two cars JB welded together? That was amazing!
