The 06-07 R6 was absolutely gutless down low (and it ate main bearings). They improved it significantly for 2008+ but it's still a top end bike. I'm pretty happy with my 750. With gearing, exhaust, power commander, etc I've been able to get the drive on liter bikes coming out of corners, and I always have power on a 600. It's the best of both worlds.
I probably woulnd't have considered the Suzuki if it weren't for the 750, but now that I've ridden it and worked on it, I really like them, and would buy the other bikes in the lineup in a heartbeat.

Ehhhh, buy a bike that you like how it looks. Nobody rides them to their full potential anyway, and if you do - you should be receiving those bikes free through sponsorships instead of dropping cash for them.
Been out of the sportbike game for a while. They all seem to look so similar to me now. I guess they're pushing the limits of aerodynamics, etc that there's not many things to change to look "different". If you know me - different is better!
