I might be interested in tagging along. my brother(who's coming from Michigan) and I have already been starting to plan a trip around the same time. We have been there a couple of times. It's best to spend your riding time during the week there. Traffic and LEO is less. Like others have stated on the main US 129 yes LEO is everywhere, but the other less known roads are the best ones though.

I have heard that motorcycle vs. car / truck accidents have been on the rise. I would be very careful.

I've been once on bike , I might go but in a car this time
