Default Hallett MLD MONDAY OCT 17TH

This one is new to the schedule. I know a lot of guys have expressed interest in going down there this fall if you can get the gear/money together. The next one on the schedule was Monday, Nov 21 (a long way out and probably going to be cold). At the request of many people, myself included, they're adding a day in October for us. It's a Monday so hopefully it will be light. Here is the email:

Thanks to all the Hallett riders who responded so quickly to the poll
I sent out recently!! October 17th, Monday, was overwhelmingly the
choice. Gates will be open Sunday night until 10. (There will be
go-karts on track until after 5 Sunday, so come early if you want to
watch them race. Just let Barbara at the gate know you are a rider
and she will give you a rider armband.)

If you plan to ride that day, send me your name, group, and bike
description. I will send out the list of entries around the 11th.
Reserve your spot now - could be the last MLD of 2011 (depending
on the November weather - lol).

Hope you are enjoying the cooler weather as we are at Hallett!!
We have a full schedule for September and October and are happy
that we can fit another MLD into the schedule for you wonderful
riders.
Thx,
connie

They have that at Hallett. It's called HART, and for the money it's one of the best you'll find.

Put me down as a highly probable. Pretty solid likely. Very firm maybe.

Ah, hell, I'm goin'.

Will Race Van be ready, or will we be towing the trailer under Tacoma power?

Race van probably won't be 100%, but she'll be usable. You'll probably have to pack the tent though. The folding couch/bed plan is turning out to be a wallet buster. They want up to $1100 for those things on ebay

What about using some cots in the van? My daughters have one that takes up about the same amount of space that a bag chair takes up.
