DJ, that looks like a winner to me, if we decide to change things to Wednesday night. Won't color be much more expensive to mass produce, though?

Seems like Wednesday night is winning the poll by far, that's why I decided to put it on the flyer but it can be easily changed.

I'm sure that color would be a little more expensive (ahem.. where are you Fudog?.. ring in here) ... worst case scenario I can just desaturate the image and turn it into a grayscale image for printing purposes... easy fix.

Sounds like we need to finalize the details on this though... Let me know what you all think so we can get this finalized and get these bad boys into print if everyone is down with this design?

The retail price for black and white copies on 8.5 x 11 is .10 per sheet. The going price for full color copies are .59 per sheet. However, if we can get something together in color I can print them on 8.5 x 11 and ring them up at only .10 per copy. I may even be able to upgrade the paper a bit to a heavier weight (if we do the printing on a Sunday evening).

Put me down for a hundred...... Hell, I can donate $10 to get some flyers made. I know it's not much, but if ten members follows suit, that's 1000 flyers going around. Let me know when you guys are gonna do this and we'll get some finance together.

Well, just as a note also... I can get 1,000 full color 2 sided 4x6 postcard sized "mini flyers" as we call them made up for about 100 bucks. These are AWESOME because most gas stations/etc let you leave them right by the register and people glance down as they are paying and if they have interest they take one with them.

I can also get us about 10,000 business cards printed up for about 115 bucks... 10,000 cards would go a LONG way and are great for putting on bikes that you see parked.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I can also get this bike night listed on several websites that I work with. Plus, since I work with Full Throttle Midwest Magazine I can get it in there too.

DJ, that is a great looking flyer and it looks like the large majority of voters want Wednesday. So why not do the flyer, and I also like the idea of the post cards and business cards. I am in for $25.00 to go towards the cost.
