Those laps were all about show-boating. He is making a specific effort to step the rear out on braking and spin it up on exits. If he was focused on low lap times he wouldn't be doing it as much. He is hamming it up for the camera, but he is doing it in a controlled environment, doesn't have anyone close while he is doing it, and doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else on the track. Go for it, bro!
