Thought I put this up for a couple of reasons
1. In one of my other threads about this bike some people wanted a video, so here's the 1st one I have on it. I have others now too from the beginning of the day that I need to get loaded up. 2. For some unknown reason that I haven't figured out yet the bike just shut itself off mid-corner causing the rear wheel to lock and down I went. Maybe someone here may have some input? Crash vid: Crash happens after 5:00 mark. Never could get the bike restarted, so maybe time for a rebuild.

What I'm thinking too.
I'll be going back to the track today borrowing a friends KTM SMR, then I'll begin to tear it down tonight and find out what it is.

Your kidding right?
Would it kick over, just not fire? Or was it locked up? I'm guessing since you said that you couldn't get it to restart, that the motor is not seized. It could be anything from a hole in the piston to a loose connection at the coil (or some other critical electrical component). There's so many possibilities, without more info, it's going to be really hard for us to pinpoint. I'd start by pulling the plug and doing some simple checks: compression & spark. That should point you in the right direction. ...but, was the fuel valve on and is there fuel in the tank? I've seen it happen.

No. I wasn't sure if it had one or not. I've seen them mounted improperly (not straight up and down) on track bikes and when you lean over the lean angle coupled with the improper mounting reaches the shut-off threshold of the sensor.
I couldn't remember if this bike started off as a street bike or dirt bike.
