Yep it is and it's definitely not good. It's being sent out to a company in Wisconsin here shortly.

so what was the actual cause of it dying mid corner? Coil? Stator?

The clackity clack noise is never fun. At least it happened on startup and not at WOT through a straightaway!! There'd have been a lot more carnage in that case. Millenium Tech is some good peeps. They'll do it right.

The cause of it dying was not the actual coil itself, but the wiring coming from it. Had some bad spotts in the wire. So we cut the bad spots out and spliced it back together. Some of the wires got melted from touching the exhaust.

glad it was an easy fix. Sucks that the engine crapped out on you, but like I've experienced plenty of times - when it breaks, it's time for upgrades.

Head is finished. Was done by Millennium Technoligies. Now waiting on the cylinder and the crank rebuild.
