Call Fechtel Beverage @ 636-5161. They are the local distributor of Sam Adams. If they don't have it, they may be able to get it for you. Let me know what they say.

A good friend of mine is a sales rep for Fechtel. I just text him about it. Heres how it went.

Me: Sam Adams Infinium?? Can you get it? I know a guy that is looking for some but doesn't want to drive to STL for it.

Him: He's driving to stl. Havnt seen it in como market either. We don't have SA there. Ill ask around tho

I'll let you know if he finds out anything, but it looks like a trip to STL is in order - or I've seen that you can order it online but shipping is almost $20.

Hy Vee can order just about anything. I'd check with them.

I have a Mr. Beer kit I got last Christmas. It came with supplies for two batches, but I only got around to brewing one. I need to brew up the other one. Mr. Beer is pretty simple. All of the hard work is done for you, as the more complicated part of the recipe comes pre-made in a can, the hopped malt extract. You can buy different flavors of HME, and you can add a can of different unhopped malt extracts for more complex flavors.

I probably don't have the patience to brew a batch from scratch, as that takes much more equipment and time. But, you would have endless options and the finished product is truly your beer.

Egg you shouldn't have any problems brewing your beer. A friend and I did it years ago and the fruits of our labor were pretty impressive. There is a sign for Mugsy's Brew shop on Lafayette street in JC between High an McCarty streets. If he is still in business you should be able to pick up everything you need. Just read and follow the directions exactly. Like a lot of similar activities the more you do the more cost efficient it is.

I was thinking about asking andy, u can get it in ofallon where he lives. I have dOne the mr beer before but im looking at making something a little more special. What i plan on doing is using brown sugaf and maple syrup in it and im trying to figure out how much to put in the wort after i extract from the malt. Also i was wanting to do it on my own because i mainly want to dry hop it and put very little hops in when its actually being brewed.

I'll be in JC the 1st weekend of January. If you want, I can bring you an F150's towing capacity worth.
