Default after-market fairing kit or wrap?

I'm considering changing up the look of my CBR but not sure which route I should take. After-market fairing kit or a total wrap. I've been doing some research and both have their pros and cons but what do you guys think??

Keep the stock stuff. You are going to have a hard time finding any aftermarket with the fitment of OEM. Several threads on this.

Wraps will not look good up close. I would completely bin that idea. Most of the replica fairing kits I have seen, particularly on Ebay, are Chinese made crap. They probably won't fit right and are prone to cracking.

If you do want a good replica kit, you can buy a set of aftermarket street plastics from reputable companies like Shark Skinz, Armour Bodies, etc. Since the body work is quality stuff, it won't be Chinese cheap, however, and you will still have to provide your own paint and sticker kit.

I dunno about you guys, but I've seen some really well done wraps and dips. You just have to know who you're dealing with beforehand

wraps are fairly inexpensive, and I would think that any reputable company that you would (or should) have doing it will guarentee them from being basically flawless.

I don't remember if you have a 1000 or a 600, but this is the kit I'm getting to re-wrap my tragedy.

CBRFairings has a great reputation. They're about double the price of that junk on eBay, but you get what you pay for.

He's got a 600rr. That white kit looks good. I would go with a wrap if you don't want a normal paint scheme or can't find one that fits your taste. But that's me.
