I'd vote yes whether I smoked or not. The war on this drug is a damn waste of taxpayer dollars and is part of prison overcrowding. I do understand prosecuting the large volume traffickers, but if it were regulated, there wouldn't really be a need for them either, because then it'd just be being shipped [legally] in a semi truck. I'm curious to see how it all goes.
