I'm on my 3rd week today. I have 10 weeks left but I swear I'm already starting to feel/see some changes... Has anyone tried/completed the program? What did you think?

I've got the DVD's, but have yet to start them. I've heard it is pretty hard core...about 1 to 1-1/2 hours a day, six days a week.

I need to start doing something. I am getting soft and goopy and track season has already arrived.

I have a few friends that have done it. One of them lost about 40-50 pounds. Another one just got semi-ripped until he stopped doing it. Then the tone went away.

My wife and I did it to get into shape for our wedding a couple of years ago. It's ok, but it still just seems like an aerobics tape to me. I'd much rather get out on my bike or lift some weights. It's also really imbalanced, in the fact that you really don't do much for your posterior chain (traps, back, lower back, butt, hamstrings, calves). It will definitely burn some calories though, and it's really good for improving flexibility. I still do the plyo, kickboxing (added in a punch bag though) and yoga from time to time.

The diet is also really important if you're looking to cut up. In fact, you could probably drop quite a bit of weight by JUST doing the diet. It's pretty strict.

It is pretty legit, but like every other program you have to buy into it 100%. If you start to improvise you won't get all of the results.

I did it last year for the 90 days, it was about 45 minutes a day and i was way out of shape but i hung in there and lost 30 lb have ass'n it and dropped almost 4 pants sizes. I started over doing it again since I'm able to do the whole workouts and it is a lot better.
