Forum theme/layout/features suggestions and feedback

So the theme and layout are pretty much done, though nothing is set in stone.
What do you guys think of the forum theme/layout?

How about the forum functionality? Anything else you think we should have as far as features? something less?

Let me know! Dont be afraid to say if something is jacked up, whacky, or wrong, I want to hear what others have to say!

edit 4/16/08: I have added a last post title mod, which now shows the latest post of a forum in the index view.

edit 4/16/08: I have added a custom profile field "Bike" you can access this field by looking in the userCP under 'Profile'. If left blank, nothing will be displayed. If filled it it will show under your avatar. (look at mine for an example)

edit 4/17/08: Added Pics and Vids, and Introduction forums, moved all intro posts into appropriate forum.

edit 4/18/08: Main logo header is now a clickable forum index link.

edit 4/18/08: Fixed and moved static login link in the main nav bar, now left aligned. Did this as a quickfix for a strange bug that sometimes sees IE users as Google Bot, and removes the dynamic login/logout and 'delete board cookies' links. (I will continue to search for the cause of this error) If you cannot see the dynamic login/logout above the MMR main logo left aligned, please log in using the main nav bar link, and it will return to normal. (unregistered users can use this link as well, it leads to a registration link below the username field on the login form.)

edit 4/20/08: changed maximum sig size to 650x200

edit 4/21/08: set 'popup on pm' to default ON for new user registration.

edit 4/21/08: added users in the past 24 hours list under the 'who is online' panel in index view

edit 4/22/08: Changed avatar max size to 125x125 and max avatar file size to 55kb

edit 4/22/08: Fixed a small bug with the 24 hour activity stats where capital letters where counted before small letters in alphabetical orders, now all names are sorted correctly regardless of capitalization.

edit 4/25/08: Added VIDEO BBcode, which lets users add youtube, googlevideo, dailymotion, metacafe, starsclips, yahoo, photobucket, filefront, stage6, veoh, vidilife, gametrailers, vidiac, gamespot, megavideo, vimeo, gamevideos, tu.tv and godtube videos to their post. Myspace video coming soon.

edit 4/27/08: Added SPOILER BBcode, which hides the text between the tags in a collapsable frame. Useful for any info that you may feel is a "spoiler" about races, events, movies, etc.

Possibly a pics/vids section? Might not be needed now but if the board starts to get much traffic it might be nice to have them separate.

You talking about a standalone pics/vid section or a media forum ?

Just a separate forum to post up pics or link videos. Probably not really needed atm, but if the board starts to get more traffic it might be a nice forum/sub-forum.

plus I think we could use a chat box if the forum starts growing like it should.

i think a gallery would be fine, so we could upload pix and vidz

As far as integrating into gallery2 or some other standalone gallery software that could take some time, cuase I have to learn how to do it! haha, but as far as a pics and vids section, ill add it in, becuase ive got pics to show

I think it is good to have it as its own section to help keep other sections from getting too cluttered with "hey look at this funny pic/vid" threads. Plus sometimes I just want to browse pics/vids so its nice to not have to search a general section for them.
