sears or any auto parts store...

but seriously if you have never honed anything before i would just take it to PMI here in jeff and have them do it for you. i take all my engines i build that need boring or honing there. awesome work every time.

are you just trying to deglaze the cylinders for new rings or do you have oversized pistons and bored out needing a hone?

Are you planning on honing the R6 cylinders? Or is this for something else?

The R6 cylinders are Nikasil plated. If you need it honed to a certain diameter, you will have to use a diamond hone. The Nikasil is too hard for regular hones. A regular hone will only deglaze the surface. You can achieve the same results with a scotchbrite pad and some wd40.

Have you checked the roundness of the cylinders? Unless there is deep scoring, the only way to check the condition of a plated cylinder is to make sure it's perfectly round and the correct diameter.

Just deglazing for new rings, helping a buddy rebuild and I use to borrow a hone from someone I knew when I lived in Springfield. Ive honed cylinders before just needed the tool. We got one thanks guys.
