Somehow I knew that would find its way here

There's gotta be someone on the GSXR forums that could offer a suggestion, or maybe some pics.

Seriously, how low is your bike and what exhaust do you have on it now?
The factory exhaust and most aftermarket ones I have seen would do fine with a 3 inch drop I would think. Also, how are you tearing up the exhaust, is it connecting during cornering, or is it bottoming out?

You don't want it above the swingarm? The lower it is the more chance you'll have of dragging it around. Maybe I'm just not visualizing it correctly. Do you have a larger pic than your avatar?

I mocked this up real quick in my garage from my stock header and a little megaphone slip on I bought to do an under-engine exhaust project on my old 600RR. Ignore the duct tape. I think with a bit of fabrication this would work really well, and wouldn't extend out past your bodywork at all.
