Default traffic

I was curious if you or if you could recommend someone who handles traffic in that area. Friend of mine was ticketed just south of fulton by calloway county i believe .Her lawyer wants an arm and a leg to handle it because of the distance from stl.

thanks

Was it Callaway Co Sheriff deputy, or MSHP, or Fulton city? And what was it for, general speeding or ?

My Dad was an LEO out here in the area, and he dealt sometimes with an atty from Fulton - Paul Stingley was his name...I am not sure if he specializes in traffic stuff/how good he is, or how cheap he is, but he is in Fulton, and his # should be (573) 592-0300

If it goes to court in Fulton he should take the fine and save his money on the atty if possible.Fulton has a rep for lots of tickets and by the book judges.

It was a simple speeding ,15 over. she just recently got a c and i for operating on one wheel so she needs to not have points.I dont think cost is an issue.

Why on earth would you recommend a DIFFERENT lawyer in the forum dedicated solely to the lawyer who is one of our fellow riders and forum sponsors?

Bad form

I didn't look at the year until AFTER I posted. I assumed it was just a few days ago. I don't even REMEMBER one year ago
