anyone else paying attention to the preseason testing?

the factory teams are already lapping faster on the 1000s then they did on the 800s.

your top dawgs are the usual suspects with Stoner topping test

big gap back to the CRT teams. looks like we'll have 2 races going on - first between the factory and satellite teams, then the CRTs. At least Colin is leading that pack.

As I said at the end of last season - I'm putting my money on Stoner again to dominate

I'm more of an underdog kind of guy. Honda pours so much money and resources into it that they're expected to win. That's no fun. After last season, I'm really hoping Ducati has brought something Rossi can work with. Hayden will do well on a bike Rossi develops too. And I always root for Spies too. I've never been a fan of Whiney Bitch (Stoner).

Ditto. I rooted for Stoner when he was on a Ducati, but only because I wanted the wins for Ducati. Now I can cheerfully root for Ducati and their riders. Hayden has had bad luck on top of a bad bike, lately. How many races did he get taken out of in '11??? I really hope he has a better year. I'll be rooting for Ben, too.

Honda is the Goliath fur sure. I'd love to see Spies with teh championship and I'd love to see the Ducs get competitive

Stoner is not my favorite rider, but when you pair the 2 - and with that Aussie tenacity - I think its his to loose this year.

I not rooting for just Stoner. I am kinda partial to all the Honda race teams. I'd really like to see Hayden back on a Honda.

I don't like to root for Stoner either because he is just heads and shoulders above the rest of the field (right now). I like watching the 2nd - 4th place race play out.

I watched the 2011 races again this week.

I did see that Stoner posted a sub 2 minute lap time on new 1000's...I have the Speed app on my iPhone but it crashes all the time so I can't really read and read and read. I have to read until it crashes, so I do a lot of glancing.

its a safe bet that the championship will go to one of four riders - Stoner, Pedrosa, Spies, or Lorenzo. I think the fight will be between Stoner and Spies. Pedrosa isn't the best fit for the new 1000. Lorenzo might be, but we know the other 2 are

I'm really excited about Spies and Stoner. The 2011 race finale was a robbery.
