so what mods do i have to have done to my bike to make it track ready ?
also i think im riding to the lake thursday to have them put on a new back tire

None.

You can expect to tape your headlight and turn signals, and remove or wire up your passenger pegs. Some tracks may require a basic safety wire (oil drain plug, oil filter, oil filler cap). I've only been to Hallett and Heartland Park, but neither of those require safety wire. Additional tech inspection will verify your tires are in good condition and you are wearing proper safety gear.

Why go all the way to the Lake? Just stop at Tergins. It's a lot closer to Jeff City.

I bought my bike there an they gave me a great price on new back tire. An to check on my boats .but ill give them a chance I call them an if there price is better or the same ill give them a shot!
