I just wanted to give another thanks to Rick Spencer in his handling of my home insurance policy.

As closing time neared on my first home, I started to price home insurance. The insurance would be escrowed into my home payment, so finding the right coverage for a good price was very important. I shopped around with a few places before I called Rick. These places had what seemed like decent home rates (I was comparing notes with other homeowners here at work). When I called Rick, I did not tell him I had shopped him at first, as I wanted to see what kind of rates he would give me.

Rick absolutely destroyed the competitive quotes, without me giving him info on what I was quoted. For the same coverage, he was a little less than HALF his nearest competitor.

So again, a big thanks to Rick on helping me save a boatload of money on home insurance, insuring that may payment is not inflated by escrowed taxes/insurance.He basically shaved 50$ a month off of my house payment, which if payed out over the 30 year life of the loan, is about $18,000 saved on something you have to have anyways~
