I love seeing motorcycles being brought back from the dead. It makes me all warm and fuzzy.

David the 550 Four has always been one of my favorite bikes. Anytime you want someone to come over and shoot the breeze while you tinker, just let me know. I would offer my paint or welding skills, but it looks like you already have those talents down!

Thanks guys,Kurt if i knew you had paint talent i would have had you do the job. What i did is a terrible job but it is just a store hopper.I had to get about an 1/8 inch rust out of the tank and re-seal it .That was a job.My carbs and motor are at Burks speed shop getting looked over. They should come back looking and running like a new nickel. They take some time but that Travis really knows his stuff. You guys run on by anytime.I usually get back home about 9 in the morning after i get my crew going and if the garage door is up that is me goofing around.I live off Rainbow at 104 Arden dr.By the way i am looking for my next project if anyone has one rusting in their barn. This is my third and i have not been more excited about doing something since i started my masonary bussiness 23 years ago.

That is really cool! I wish I could take the time to rebuild classics like that one. Good luck with it.
