I like the way you cut the seat, it looks better than the original. btw, sharp bike.

I trimmed the seat height down and used a piece of the left-over seat pan to cover the fender bracket. Cole County Upholterers are covering it for me. Will have some pics up as soon as I get them back.

I remember you Rocksham from the capitol bike show a couple weeks ago i think,Thought i was the only bobber here.Good to see you.I will warn you that you now have bobber fever. A cut here and a cut there ,soon you will skidding your behind on the pavement.But thats the fun of building your own.Good work.

Finally got the seat recovered using the stock vinyl. Trimmed it some more with the electric carving knife. I took part of the left over seat pan and made a cover for the fender bracket. they put a little too much foam on. I wanted it flatter, but that's ok. It might disappear if I bob it some more!

I like the seat, but agree with you, the part covering the fender bracket is too fat!
