You must be thinking of Shakeweight. I keep mine for a long time (except for the ones I've bought to resell). I've had this GSX-R for 3.5 years now. The 600RR before I had for over 4. I put a lot of time and effort into getting them set up properly (suspension mainly) and I don't want to have to start over. I'll probably keep this Suzuki as long as it will have me. If time and money permit, I might build the engine up this winter which will put it on par with any new bike.

Okay...my tank is about 3/4 full with Stabil in it. Do I need to get a gas can and fill 'er all the way up?

I wasn't able to run it before I put Stabil in.

Nah, you're injected so I wouldn't be too concerned with the little bit of fuel in the lines/fuel rail being untreated. You can top it off if you want, but it's not a necessity. Just add some HEET when it comes time to fire it back up.

i'd disagree - I think its important to run the machine long enough to get the stabil into the carb/injectors. thats the point that you'll have problems so it makes sense to ensure they get the benefit of the treated fuel
