Default WTB Upper Cowl

My upper cowl has a few scuffs on it and I'd like to get a "new" one.

Red 2007 CBR 600RR.

I've been watching eBay and CL, but there seem to be a lot for Fireblades, but none for the 600's in my color.

Anyways, if anyone sees/hears about one, give me a shout please.

Thanks.

You find the right cowl and I can put you in touch with someone who can paint it to match. She does fantastic paint work. She painted my track plastics so nicely, I almost feel obligated to buy another set of track plastics to preserve my track plastics. Shakeweight has had numerous bikes and cars painted by her and has been very pleased. She is very reasonable.

When quality painting can be done, it seems silly to not be able to find a replacement cowl just because it isn't the color you want. Color can easily be changed!

I guess that's a good point. I'll continue my grind.

Yeah, + 1 to what desmo said about just painting them. I work at a body shop and paint bike prices all the time. For just some scratches, I'd paint the bitch.

Well, from what Ghetto Superstar said when I bought it, it looks like it was bumped up against something. The body work is impacted a bit...it's hard to explain.

I'll keep looking for an upper cowl, color independent.

Can the cowl be re-aligned by clamPs and bondo-Ed back to new?

I know it works on Porsche boxster fenders

I'm sure it could.

I'm not too worried about it...it's on the list of things though.
