I actually base my diet on how I fit into my leather onesie. If it's too tight, I exercise more and eat less. If it's loose, so is my diet

I ran a 1/2 marathon today...hopefully that'll get me down to my fighting weight.

I know now that I won't be running a full marathon though. The pain I'm in now, I couldn't imagine doubling this.

I know I could train, but a 1/2 marathon is something I didn't have to train for...I don't have the time to train for a full.
